SEVN connects to the tools that run your brand, so security isn't a feature to us. It's the foundation. Here is how we keep your data, your athletes, and your accounts safe.
Every tool you connect to SEVN is authorized through OAuth 2.0, the same standard the tools themselves use. We never see or store your passwords. Connections are made through our integration partner, Composio, which manages the secure token exchange, and access tokens are stored encrypted.
SEVN only reaches the tools you explicitly choose to connect, and only does what you ask of it. You can disconnect any tool at any time. Actions that send messages externally, spend money, or change records require your approval before SEVN carries them out.
Each brand's data is separated by a unique workspace identifier across everything SEVN touches: connections, conversation memory, reports, and dashboards. No brand can ever see another brand's data. Same platform, completely separate worlds.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS whenever it moves between your tools, SEVN, and your team channel. Credentials and connection tokens are encrypted at rest.
SEVN uses Anthropic's Claude models to read requests and generate responses. The data sent for processing is used to complete your task, not to train models. We do not sell your data, and we never share it beyond the providers required to deliver the service.
