This policy explains what information SEVN collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, because privacy should be easy to understand.
Who we are
SEVN is an AI intelligence platform for NIL brands, operated by SEVN. You can reach us any time at donovan@sevn.info.
What we collect
- Workspace details from the communication platform you install SEVN into, such as your team name, channels, and the members who interact with SEVN.
- The messages you send to SEVN and the responses it sends back, kept as conversation memory so SEVN stays useful over time.
- Data from the tools you choose to connect, accessed only to perform the tasks you ask for, such as athlete performance, campaign metrics, and deal records.
- Basic usage information needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
- To deliver the service: read your requests, pull the data you need, take the actions you approve, and report back in your channel.
- To generate the insights, dashboards, reports, and proactive alerts that SEVN exists to provide.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Service providers
To run SEVN we rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Composio for secure tool connections, Anthropic for AI processing of your requests, and our cloud hosting provider. Data shared with these providers is used only to deliver the service and is not used to train their models.
Data isolation and retention
Each brand's data is kept separate from every other brand's. We retain your conversation memory and connected data for as long as your workspace is active so SEVN can do its job. You can ask us to delete your data, or disconnect any tool, at any time.
Your choices
- Disconnect any connected tool whenever you want, which immediately stops SEVN's access to it.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about your workspace.
- Request deletion of your workspace data.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in your channel.
